  • Experience as CFO (overseeing Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Technology)

  • Sell-Side M&A experience. Complete entity divestiture and partial entity divestiture. Expeditious and detailed information garnered praise from multiple Investment Banks (aided in timeliness, confidence, and ability to lock-in LOIs).

  • Buy-Side M&A experience. Spin-out Division into its own entity. Was forced to complete an entire entity spin-off within 5 weeks

  • Contract Negotiations (Vendors and Leasing)

  • Insurance (Health, GL, Worker Comp, D&O, E&O, Cyber, Professional, Warehousing) Policy Negotiations

  • Managed Services (I.T.) procurement

  • Established Banking Relationships

  • Established Credit Facilities

  • Implemented Accounting Software

  • Established Travel P-card program

  • Revamped RFP processes

  • Built various Analysis Tools for looking into Segment and Customer Profitability (using Direct and Indirect costs)

  • Reduced DSO by facilitating quicker Cash Conversion (added 2.0M in Cash Flow during 1 Fiscal Year)

  • Ran Propane company:

    • Helped to grow Customer Base by 10-15% and EBITDA by 5-10% in 3 year period (created inside Sales program and used digital marketing campaigns)

    • Opened up new Suppliers to bolster supply chain

    • Hedged to mitigate pricing fluctuations (during COVID)

    • Grew 20lbs cylinder exchange business by locking in supply (during COVID) and penetrated competitor base

  • In Corporate (mainly Fortune 500 and Fortune 10):

    • Revamped the Budgeting tools for an entire Business Unit. Consolidated over 40 departments (330 FTEs) and produced an accurate Budget (3.5% Variance on 136M Top Line and 1.5% Variance on 95M OpEx).

    • Business Impact Award winner 2017 for building a Business Case pertaining to Hardware Optimization.

    • Created comprehensive Financial Model pertaining to New Technology Platform Build. Major decision was executed as the result of this model.

    • Was promoted multiple times.

    • Completed ABC Costing Analysis, Allocation Engines, Profitability by Product Line Tools

    • Created Financial Models for Budgeting and Build vs. Buy Analysis

    • Redesigned the Financial Reports to align with the reorganization. This produced visibility for VPGMs of different Product Lines

    • Prepared division for Physical Inventory which facilitated the most accurate PI taken in division history

  • Obtained CPA License (Still Active)

  • While in Public Accounting, the firm was able to increase my Billable Rate per Hour multiple times because of the efficiency & accuracy of my engagements.

  • Obtained College Degree while working full-time (went to school at nights) and maintained a 3.96 GPA

  • As a Service Advisor (BMW & Mercedes-Benz dealers), I obtained the highest CSI score within the group and was constantly close to the top in Revenues per RO
