In Corporate (mainly Fortune 500 and Fortune 10):
Revamped the Budgeting tools for an entire Business Unit. Consolidated over 40 departments (330 FTEs) and produced an accurate Budget (3.5% Variance on 136M Top Line and 1.5% Variance on 95M OpEx).
Business Impact Award winner 2017 for building a Business Case pertaining to Hardware Optimization.
Created comprehensive Financial Model pertaining to New Technology Platform Build. Major decision was executed as the result of this model.

Completed ABC Costing Analysis, Allocation Engines, Profitability by Product Line Tools
Created Financial Models for Budgeting and Build vs. Buy Analysis
Redesigned the Financial Reports to align with the reorganization. This produced visibility for VPGMs of different Product Lines
